Penang Digital Creative Week (PDCW) is a unique initiative by Digital Penang, a state government agency tasked with digital transformation for the state of Penang. PDCW is charting a course to become a leading digital creative incubator and showcase for young and upcoming creative talents and creative tech companies. This showcase features exhibitions, sharings, a mini job fair, and chats with creative minds.

The PDCW begins with a call for projects from creative talents, projects which are then pitched to a committee of investors, academics, creative experts and industry representatives for selection and potential development funding. Project owners then undergo a series of masterclasses on nurturing creative companies. Completed project minimum viable products (MVPs) are showcased at PDCW alongside established creative talents, companies and institutions of higher learning.

Through PDCW, Digital Penang hopes to establish Penang as a hub for creative talent and companies.
